This cobb salad has all of the essential components, like baby iceberg, romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese, and chopped egg. Oh and that tasty turkey? You can thank North Country Smokehouse outta Claremont, NH for that. Don’t forget to flip this guy because the good stuff is at the bottom. Grab a big ol’ bowl, and get to flippin’. Bigger bowl=better tossing, and better tossing=better salad!

- Red wine vinaigrette
What you’ll need from home:
- A big bowl
- Some S+P
How to prep:
- Remove the containers of dressing and blue cheese from the bowl, and get ready for some flippage.
- In one swift motion, invert your greens & fixins into a mixing bowl. Ta da!
- Smother in your red wine vinaigrette until properly coated. Top with your cheese, season to taste, and toss!
