Cobb Salad

So basically, some dude named Cobb who owned a restaurant in the 1930s was hungry after a shift and took out whatever was in the fridge. Smoked turkey, bacon, boiled eggs, blue cheese, lettuce… you get the idea. And here we are nearly a century later happily putting our own WECO twist on it. We’re pretty divided over here on what the best cobb salad ingredient is… some say avocado, some say the blue cheese. Honestly though, who cares? Delicious is delicious no matter what form it comes in, and you’re about to have a whole bowl full 🙂

What’s in your bag:

  • Baby iceberg and romaine with all the toppings
  • Red wine vinaigrette   

What you’ll need from home:

  • A mixing bowl 
  • S+P

How to prep:

  1. Toss everything in a mixing bowl.
  2. Dress it up with the red wine vinaigrette.
  3. Give it a season with s+p.
  4. Enjoy!
