Corn Chowder with Jalapeno, Queso Fresco + Corn Nuts

We were looking for a joke to include on these instructions, but they were all too corny.

Okay, we did it. We got that out of our system. We can now move on to our warm, cozy and pretty freaking delicious CORN chowder! What we love about this soup is just how dang versatile it is. Dinner, lunch, appetizer, snack… it’s an any-time-of-day dose of deliciousness. 

Soup’s on, spoons up!

Total prep time: 5 minutes


What’s in your bag:


-Corn nuts

What you’ll need from home:

-small saucepot

-something to stir with

How to Prep:

  1. Pour the soup into the pot.
  2. Heat on low until warm, stirring to keep from burning.
  3. After about 5 minutes, pour into a bowl and add the corn nuts on top. Grab a spoon and go!
