We love these mushies, these incredible fungi (not plants!) require less resources to grow than other crops. They’re grown indoors, all year round, and we can’t believe we get the privilege of serving them to you tonight! Shiitakes are native to China, but here in MA, Fat Moon Mushrooms grows them on hardwood sawdust! How crazy and resourceful is that? Good for the environment, good for your body, and good for your tummy. Sounds like a win, win, win, huh?

- A pot + spoon!
How to prep:
- Pop the pot on the stove and fill it with the soup.
- Heat on medium until warmed to your liking, stirring on occasion to distribute the heat evenly. About 8-10 minutes.
- Pour or spoon into a bowl.
- Top with the crumble and sluuuuuurp it up!
