Curried Coconut Butternut Squash Soup with Poached Shrimp

Soup’s on, peeps! This beautiful delight received such  high marks last time, we couldn’t wait any longer to bring it back! The curry, coconut, and butternut are honestly enough to make it a meal , but the poached shrimp truly takes it to the next level. Get cookin’!

What’s in your bag:

-Soup!

-Shrimp

What you’ll need from home:

-Small saucepan

-Something to stir with

How to Prep:

  1. Pour the soup into the pot.
  2. Heat on low until warm, stirring to keep from sticking.
  3. Add the shrimp to the soup (or don’t if that’s not your thing!).
  4. Serve in a bowl when hot.
