Curried Veggie + Cumin Rice Bowl

Ohhhh are you in for a flavor fest tonight! A little spice to keep you cozy on this chilly evening (or crisp Fall day, if you’re enjoying it for lunch Wednesday!). We love this type of bowl because it truly warms you up from the inside out. The veggies are stewed and curried, making them even more flavorful, and stud the earthy and delicious cumin rice. We hope you love it as much as we loved making it for you!

What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl
  • Naan

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing! 

How to prep:

  1. Pop the bowl into the microwave for about 3 minutes
  2. Toss the naan into the toaster oven to give it a little heat.
  3. Ding! That’s it. Enjoy!
