We have “dumpling” to confess…and it’s that this bowl is gonna knock your socks off! We’ve placed edamame and roasted shiitake dumplings atop soba noodles— soba noodles are made from buckwheat flour (that explains their coloring). Eggplant and carrots provide some extra veggie fun and the ginger is there because, well, trust us, we could eat this by the spoonful. It’s loaded with antioxidants, too!
