Edamame Dumpling and Soba Bowl

Get those forks (or chopsticks!) ready folks. There are so many yummy things going on here that we wouldn’t blame you if you needed to take a moment. Okay, let’s get to it now: You’ve got edamame + shiitake-stuffed dumplings nestled on a bed of buckwheat soba noodles. We tossed in some carrots + pickled ginger, snap peas + greens and also miso-marinated Japanese eggplant to make it extra veggie-ful. Top it all off with the soy-ginger dressing… Edamame-dumpling-loving friends, rejoice!

Total prep time: 3 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl
  • Carrots + pickled ginger
