Edamame Dumplings

Hiya lovely dumpling-loving-peeps! (That includes us, the WECO team, we are also dumpling-loving-peeps.) We love these dumplings because A) they’re packed with edamame for plant powered protein, and B) they’re an absolute breeeeeeeze to reheat. You could zap ‘em in the micro if you’re in a rush, but we prefer the oven for extra crispiness. And of course, those of you futuristic folk with the air fry-majiggers could zap ‘em in there too 🙂

Total prep time: 1-5 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • 8 yummy dumplings
  • Ponzu dipping sauce

What you’ll need from home:

  • Aluminum foil lined sheet tray

How to prep:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Place dumplings on the sheet tray and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Optional: For even crispier dumplings, air fry at 400F for 5-7 minutes!
