Happy Thanksgiving, Fam! We are SO honored to be a part of your feast today. All of these tasty eats are made with a little (a lot of) #WECOlove, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’ll keep this short and sweet because we know everyone’s hungry… we hope you enjoy! <3
The Charcuterie
You know how to do this! Grab a big ol’ cutting board and make it look pretty! Pinterest inspo highly recommended.
The Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Red Potatoes, and Cornbread Casserole
Preheat the oven to 350F. Remove the lid to your container and pop it in the oven. If you’d like to use one of your cute oven-safe serving dishes, you can also toss your tasty eats in that! Just lightly grease it with a little olive oil beforehand. Heat in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until warmed to your liking.
Pro tip: we like to use an aluminum foil lined sheet tray under these containers. It’s easier to move around and also catches any drips!
The Sweet Potato Mash
Preheat the oven to 350F. Scoop your sweet potato mash into a lightly greased casserole dish. Toss in the oven for 20-30 minutes. With 5 minutes left, top with your pecans!
The Brussels Sprouts
Preheat the oven to 400F. Remove the lid to your container and arrange your Brussels evenly on an aluminum foil lined sheet tray. Toss your tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until warmed to your liking.
Note: We think 400F is the best temp for these, however if you’re warming other dishes at 350F, heat your Brussels for 15 minutes!
The Gravy
Pour the gravy in a saucepan over low heat. Add about ¼ cup of water and whisk it up! Keep it on the heat until it simmers (about 10-15 minutes). If you want, add drippings from your turkey, too!
The Harvest Salad
Remove the lid to your container. Grab your apple cider vinaigrette and drizzle it all over, then toss, toss, toss!
The Sweet Potato Biscuits
Grab your maple butter and leave out at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften. You can toast your biscuits in a toaster oven, on a sheet tray in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes, on the grill, or however you like! Spread your butter ALL over and enjoy 🙂
The Turkey Pot Pie
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Remove the lid to your pot pie and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove carefully from the oven and place your biscuits on top. Nestle them in the filling while still leaving the tops exposed. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes or until warmed to your liking.
The Apple Pie
Remove your pie from the box and heat at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until warmed to your liking. You can also enjoy this at room temperature!
The Brownie Bonanza
Best enjoyed at room temperature!
And that’s it! Thanksgiving served, Thanksgiving solved. #weareWECO
