Everything but the Turkey

Dear WECO Fam,

We’re so grateful for you. Really, we can’t even explain how incredibly thankful we are (but, ever the verbose group, we’re gonna try!). So here goes:

Thanks to you, our chefs have the freedom to cook some of the most creative dishes of their career.

Thanks to you, we perfect those dishes by taking every piece of feedback to heart.

Thanks to you, local farmers sell more of their delicious + nutritious produce.

Thanks to you, our team smiles everyday when you write in to say hi and share your stories.

Thanks to you, we can strive to reinvent the standards of the service industry so that every employee—drivers, chefs, packers, pick up runners alike—can enjoy a fair wage and happy workplace.

And above all, thanks to you, we all get to do what we love every day—spread joy through food.

Here’s to endless deliciousness, happiness and joyfulness this Thanksgiving and always.

All the love AND all the gratitude,

xx

WECO

Okay, we did the sappy stuff on the other side. Now that you’re done with that, GET IN THERE. Enjoy every bite!

Sweet Potato Mash, Mashed Potatoes, Mac + Cheese, Green Bean Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350F. Put the whole pan in the oven and set a timer for 25 minutes (keep the lid on!). Ding! Remove the lid and heat for another 5 minutes.

Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the oven to 350F. Remove the lid and pop the pan in the oven. Set a timer for 15 minutes, and they’re done!

Stuffing

Preheat the oven to 350F. Pop off the lid, sprinkle with 2 tbsp of water, then put the lid back on. Heat for 25 minutes. Take the lid off, and heat for another 5 minutes to get everything extra toasty.

Gravy

Pour the gravy in a saucepan over low heat. Add about ¼ cup of water and whisk it up! Keep it on the heat until it simmers (~10-15 minutes).          If you want, add drippings from your turkey, too!

Cranberry Sauce

Grab a spoon. That’s it 🙂

Apple + Oat  Crisp

Preheat the oven to 350F. Put the crisp in for 25 minutes, lid on. Remove the lid and heat for an additional 5 minutes.

Pumpkin Pie

This guy is best enjoyed at room temperature!

And that’s it! Thanksgiving served, Thanksgiving solved. #weareWECO
