Forager Bowl

Is there such a thing as too much duck confit? Never! Too many different types of mushrooms? Never! 

Too much awesomeness in one bowl? NEVER! 

This bowl of earthy goodness has roasted mushrooms as well as rehydrated pickled mushrooms, because we couldn’t pick just one, and the only thing better than one mushroom is two mushrooms. Aside from mushrooms, which as you can tell we think are basically the best thing ever, we’ve added asparagus and carrots in there for some color. Barley to keep those tummies full, and pesto because we know you love the sauces!

Total prep time: 3 minutes


What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl
  • Pesto

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing! 

How to prep:

  1. Remove the ramekin of pesto.
  2. Put the whole bowl right in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until warm. 
  3. Dollop the pesto all over, grab a fork and enjoy!
