Ginger Marinated Tofu with Sticky Rice

We get requests for tofu all the time, so we’re super excited to get our latest take on the menu! Let’s be real, sometimes tofu can be a little boring. But our chefs always know how to breathe life into even the most basic ingredients. Like tonight. Not just regular tofu—we’ve got ginger marinated, crispy tofu. Nom nom. And the tamarind dressing is just the extremely flavorful cherry on top 🙂 Well done, chefs, and well done, you, for making this pick!

What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl
  • Tamarind dressing

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing! Also, a fork.

How to prep:

  1. Remove the tamarind dressing and scoop the Swiss chard onto a side dish.
  2. Pop the rest of the bowl into the microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the Swiss chard back to the bowl and drizzle the dressing all around. 
  4. Dig in!
