Harissa Braised Chicken + Cauliflower Shawarma

You’ve chosen our latest and greatest bowl for dinner tonight, and we’re soooo excited to get it on your table. Lately, we’ve been recommending that a bunch of bowls be eaten cold. We like cold food! But we’re going to mix it up tonight – some of the bowl is hot and some of it is cold. The contrast is really the best option here. This dressing is dreamy, too – nutty, light, and of course pretty damn tasty. 

In our menu drop for this week, we mentioned a special prize for anyone trying harissa for the first time. At the time of printing this, we still don’t know what the award is, but if you email us, we’ll think of one. And hey, we’re excited for you! Thanks for trying something new! What’s in your bag:

  • Your braised chicken + cauliflower shawarma bowl 

What you’ll need from home:

  • Microwave safe plate

How to prep:

  1. Remove the chicken thigh from the bowl. Place it on a microwave safe plate and heat until warm, about 1 minute.   
  2. Place the chicken back in the bowl.
  3. Grab the tahini + dill dressing and drizzle it all over.
