Udon noods are our favorite noods. Maybe because they’re so thick and starchy, and we are a bunch of food-obsessed (hungry) people, and they’re just so fun to slurp and chew. They work well in contrast with your spicy oil, soaking up all the tasty flavors. The hot oil is up to you, go light at first, we made that with fried garlic, ginger, cardamom, star anise, and other spices so it’s got a lotta bang for your buck. A little goes a loooong way, if ya know what we mean. Remember, folks, the louder the slurp means the better it tastes, so we better hear you tonight! 😉

How to prep:
- Remove the ramekin of oil and pop the entire bowl into the microwave for 2-3 minutes, until warm.
- Drizzle the chili oil to your liking, and enjoy!
