Sometimes we’re inspired by a classic recipe, and other times we just select a bunch of top notch ingredients and finesse ‘em all together into a new type of masterpiece. And that’s what we did for dinner tonight. Lemon chicken, brown rice, beautiful kale, crimini ‘shrooms and one of our favorite dressings. Can’t pick a favorite ingredient ? Great, you don’t have to.

- Toasted almonds
- Preserved lemon vinaigrette
What you’ll need from home:
How to prep:
Hot: Remove the preserved lemon vinaigrette and almonds, set the kale to the side and heat the whole bowl up for 1-2 minutes. Add the kale back in, sprinkle on the almonds, drizzle the dressing and enjoy!
Cold: Drizzle the preserved lemon vinaigrette all over, sprinkle on the almonds and dig in!
