We channeled our inner bubbe to craft this soul-soothing bowlful for ya, Fam. Bringing together rich chicken broth, tender shredded chicken, diced veggies, dill, and of course, the namesake homemade matzo balls, every bite should taste like a hug from the inside. Wishing everyone that’s celebrating a Happy Passover!
Total prep time: 8-10 minutes
What’s in your bag:
- Your broth
- Matzo balls (a DELICIOUS Jewish dumpling!)
- Choc-o-matzo
What you’ll need from home:
- A pot + ladle!
How to prep:
- Set your pot on the stove and fill it with the broth. Add your matzo balls too!
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the matzo balls are warmed through.
- Carefully ladle everything into a bowl and get to slurping!
Enjoy your choc-o-matzo cold or at room temperature. Or our personal fave: Crumbled over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
That’s it! #Dinnersolved, dinner served.
