Mezze Plate

More mezze, more fun! Similar to tapas, mezze is a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern style of dining that involves various small plates or appetizers. You know we love finger food, so this is the best chance to ditch the forks and spoons! Arrange your goodies and make them look all pretty (which won’t be hard to do!) and maybe snap a pic and tag us on the gram? You know where to find us @wecohospitality 🙂

What’s in your bag:

  • Falafel
  • Charred cucumber + quinoa tabouleh
  • Roasted beet hummus
  • Dolmas
  • Baba ganoush
  • Pita chips


What you’ll need from home:

  • A big ol’ plate or cutting board!

How to prep:

  1. Your falafs are DEF best when warmed. We recommend giving your microwave a break for this one—grab the falafel and toast in a 400F oven for 5-7 minutes. OR… air fryer it up if you’ve got one of those newfangled gadgets!
  2. This one’s begging for you to take some creative liberties. Grab a plate, arrange your goodies, and start dipping! Pita chips in the baba ganoush, falafel covered in hummus, share with your friends, don’t share with your friends…
