OMG peeps…we made some friends in Windsor, CT and HAD to share their delicious creations. Yosi Kitchen is who we can thank for the falafel, tabouleh, and hummus on this plate, their expertise in Middle Eastern and Israeli cuisine is simply unmatched. Chow as a snack or a meal, and don’t forget to try our homemade baba ganoush—try saying that 5 times fast! XD
Total prep time: 5 minutes
What’s in your bag:
- Baba ganoush
- Pita chips
What you’ll need from home:
- Big ol’ plate or cutting board!
How to prep:
- The falafel can be eaten warm or at room temperature (we suggest giving your microwave a break for this one). For best results, remove from your container and toast in a 400F oven for 5-7 minutes. The other goodies can be enjoyed right out of the fridge!
- This one’s begging for you to take some creative liberties. Grab a plate, arrange your goodies, and start dipping! Pita chips in the baba ganoush, falafel covered in hummus, share with your friends, don’t share with your friends…
And that’s it! Dinner solved, dinner served. #weareWECO
