Monkey Bread

Okay so we have someone we want you to “meet”. She’s SUPER talented and is the creator of this incredible cinnamon-y concoction you have in front of you. Her name is Emily. Some call this creation of hers Monkey Bread, we call it: Emily-is-a-not-evil-but-is-still-a-genius-bread. 

She’s an evil genius but without the evil. A KIND genius, if you will. She’s got mad skills in the baking world, and we are so excited to share her captivating creations with you. Emily comes to WECO with extensive cookie experience, her favorite taste tester is her two year old daughter. She hopes to someday “bake the world happy” via a cookie truck. GO EMILY!

-Vanilla icing

What you’ll need from home:

-Sheet tray

How to Prep:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Remove the lid from your monkey bread and pop the whole thing in the oven..  
  3. Bake for 15-17 minutes until warmed through, then let it cool for 1-2 tortuous minutes (worth it, we promise!).
  4. Two roads you can go here: either invert the pan directly onto your plate and drizzle that icing all over (and we mean ALL over), or pick off monkey by monkey and dip into your container of icing. Enjoy! Leave nothing behind!
