Mushroom Lo Mein

It’s the return of the mushroom noodles! Like Return of the Jedi, but better (sorry Star Wars fans but we stand by this). This dish is a no-brainer in this cool-but-not-cool weather;  can’t go wrong with roasted mushrooms, caramelized spring onions, sprouts and chewy soft egg noodles. We roasted and sauteed all these veggies, lightly poached the noodles, and mixed them together with a delicious sauce. Just counting on you to bring them to life with a quick pan-fry! Let’s do this thing.


Total prep time: 3-5 min 


What’s in your bag:

  • A big bowl of mushroom Lo Mein


What you’ll need from home:

  • Nonstick Pan
  • A splash of oil


How to Prep:

  1. In a super hot nonstick pan, fry up the noodles with a bit of oil, toss, toss, toss.
  2. Once they’re hot and fragrant, they’re ready to go!
