Orecchiette Puttanesca

We’d like to give a shout out to our chefs for picking the hardest to spell pasta out there and making it a WECO staple.

Now that that’s out there and spell check has been turned on, we’re ready to get excited about this dinner! Or are you having it for lunch? If you waited for lunch, you get a gold star for willpower—there’s no chance we’d be able to resist eating this the second it landed in our hands. If you’re having it for dinner, we’re with you. Either way, enjoy!

What’s in your bag:

  • Orecchiette Puttanesca!
  • Garlic Butter
  • Parm

What you’ll need from home:

  • Large nonstick pan

How to prep:

  1. In a large nonstick pan, melt the roasted garlic butter until foamy and fluid. Save the little container—it will be used to measure the water!
  2. Add the pasta and all the rest of the bowl’s contents and one ramekin worth of water.
  3. Cook down, stirring and tossing a lot, ‘til the pasta is hot and the sauce has tightened up, about 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Add the cheese, toss toss toss, and plate it up!
