Happy Friday and Happy October! Ravi bolo was voted one of our September Fam Faves and as they say, we saved the best for last. Or perhaps we saved the best for first since it’s October 1st? Who cares, the point is we’re ready for this feast tonight! Perfect little raviolis stuffed with smoked mozzarella and smothered in grass-fed beef bolognese. The cherry on top is the lemon rosemary gremolata. Scoop up the extra sauce with crusty, onion-y focaccia and round out a great night with a pretty little sal-ade.
