Here’s to having a little too much fun and never too much “yum!” These dishes have been prepared for you to enjoy whenever you’d like, whether it be on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. If you’d like to freeze them, that works too – when you’re ready to enjoy, just pop into the fridge for 24 hours or until fully thawed and follow the steps below!

 

WECO Grass Fed Beef Chili

Pour chili in a large pot. Heat over medium for 5 min, stirring occasionally until simmers. To serve, top with cheddar cheese.

 

Chicken Marsala

Place the pan in a 350F oven for 15 minutes (keep the lid on!). Ding! Remove the lid and heat for another 15 minutes until warmed through.

 

Eggplant Parm

Deja vu! Place the pan in a 350F oven for 15 minutes (keep the lid on!). 

Ding! Remove the lid and heat for another 15 minutes until warmed through.

 

Baked Eggs & Sausage

Put the pan in a 350F oven for 15 minutes (keep the lid on!). Ding! Remove the lid and heat for another 5ish minutes until warmed through.

 

French Toast Breakfast Bake

Put the pan in a 350F oven for 15 minutes (keep the lid on!). Ding! Remove the lid and heat for another 5ish minutes until warmed through. To serve, top with Dulce de Leche syrup.
