Thanks for ordering!
WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
What a crazy day. Lots of amazing things happening on the menu tonight. Grass-fed bavette from Joyce Farms, Applefield beets and beans, and mashed potatoes. Don’t forget about the apple and pickled radish slaw! Not much time to type today, so I’ll get straight to the point. GET IN THERE!
For the beef:
Set your broiler to high. On a sheet tray lined with tinfoil, broil the beef for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired temperature. Let the beef rest for two minutes, and then slice it against the grain. Plate it up!.
For the potatoes:
The mashed potatoes can be warmed in the microwave, or on the stovetop in a large pot. If you are warming them in a pot, add a splash or two of water to thin them out a bit so they are easier to stir.
For the green beans:
The beans will do best under the broiler as well, so throw them in on a separate tray when you flip the beef.
For the beet salad:
This is one of the best beet salads we have done yet. Super simple, and full of flavor! Mix it up in the box so that the almonds are evenly incorporated, and enjoy 🙂
That’s it!
Don’t forget to snap a pic and share it on social media!
