Butternut, beets, bomb-a$$ quinoa salad, baked sunflower seeds, and beautifully blended hibiscus hummus dressing. Can you tell we like alliteration? Pretty much ever since we learned about it in 6th grade English class. Speaking of 6th grade English class, let’s throw a simile in here—this bowl is perfect for when you’re as busy as popcorn on a skillet! LOL! Dig into your cold bowl ASAP, or heat it up real quick in the micro if you’re feelin’ like it. Enough with flaunting our literary devices, it’s time for you to chow!

  • A big bowl of vegetarian goodness over quinoa
  • Sunflower seeds 
  • Hibiscus hummus dressing

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing! 

How to prep:

Option 1: Cold. This is our pick. Sprinkle over your seeds and drizzle on the hummus dressing. Just dig right in!

Option 2: Hot. Remove the hummus dressing and fixins and pop the bowl into the microwave for a minute or two. Now top it with stuff!
