Oooooohhhhh fall flavors! The components of this salad are all equally delightful. We can’t really pick a fave but if you forced us to, we suppose it would be the hummus. We promise you you’ve never had hummus like this before (unless you had this hummus the last time we ran this salad but you know what we mean). It’s just so different and packs a flavorful punch wayyyy beyond your run of the mill, store bought (or even restaurant) hummus. You have to actually taste it to know what we’re talking about, so we should probably stop rambling on about how special this hummus is so you can just get to it already.

Option 1: Cold. This is our pick. Just dig right in, using the hummus for dolloping.
