Shawarma is one of the world’s most popular street foods, and we’ve made a twist on this classic dishveggie style! The cauliflower, coated in a blend of spices, takes center stage in this bowl, surrounded by a cast of different textures and flavors. Crunchy chickpeas and smooth, creamy, tahini dressing add the final touches… the result?

What’s in your bag:

  • Roasted cauliflower shawarma, red quinoa, cucumber + tomato salad and crispy chickpeas 
  • Tahini + dill dressing

What you’ll need from home:

  • Not a single thing. Maybe a fork though.

How to prep:

Option 1: Hot. Remove the ramekin of dressing and pop the entire bowl into the microwave for 3 minutes or until warm.

Option 2: Cold. Do nothing! We love how cauliflower and quinoa taste cold.

Whatever option you pick, just drizzle that tahini + dill dressing all over and devour!
