Roasted Chicken + Asparagus Bowl with Wild Rice

We’ve been putting lots of TLC into our bowls to take them to the next level, and we hope you can tell! And as we’ve worked on them, a theme has emerged — pretty much every bowl we put out there can be eaten hot or cold. We can’t really put our finger on it, but there’s something magical about cold grains, even as the temperatures outside fall. Of course, we’ll never say no to a little heat, either. Or, you can mix and match. Wanna heat the chicken tonight and keep the rest cold? Great. We made dinner, but you get to make this call 🙂

Total prep time: 4 minutes (or 0 minutes)

What’s in your bag:

  • Chicken over wild rice, asparagus 
  • Caper salsa verde

What you’ll need from home:

  • Not a thing.

How to prep:

Option 1: Hot. Remove the ramekin of caper salsa verde and pop the entire bowl into the microwave for 4 minutes. 

Option 2: Cold. Do nothing! 

Whatever option you pick, just drizzle that caper salsa verde alllll over and. enjoy!
