So as you may know by now: eggplant is in fact a fruit. Breaking news, we are sorry to rain on your parade, but if you thought you were getting veggies and grains today, it’s just not happening. Okay, well, there are cherry tomatoes and fresh greens in there, but the real truth is that your eggplant bowl is a berry bowl. Crazy, right? Maybe this one is better suited for breakfast. LOL! Jokes aside, berry or veggie, there is one thing for sure—there’s lots of love packed tightly into this bowl, and hopefully you can tell 🙂

What’s in your bag:
- A bowl of goodness over poached farro + barley
- Meyer lemon vinaigrette
What you’ll need from home:
- Nothing! Eat this one right outta the bowl.
How to prep:
Option 1: Warm. Remove the ramekins of dressing & feta and pop the entire bowl into the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Once warmed, shake your dressing like a polaroid picture, drizzle your dressing, add your feta, and dig in!
Option 2: Cold. Do nothing! Shake your dressing like a DIFFERENT polaroid picture, drizzle your dressing, add your feta, and dig in!
Whichever path you decide on, hot or cold, just drizzle that dressing over the top and devour!
