Salt Roasted Beet + Burrata Bowl

We need to talk about beets. Apparently there are people out there who don’t like them?!? The good news is you’re here among friends who are normal and thus do love beets. Here’s our challenge to you: tell your weird anti-beet friends to take off their beet goggles and try again, preferably salt baked ones like the ones you’re about to gobble down. Oh, and there’s burrata involved tonight so we should probably move on from talking about beets and let you get the show on the road.

What’s in your bag:

  • One dreamy bowl
  • Tarragon dressing
  • Burrata

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing
  • OK, a little S+P

How to prep:

  1. Drizzle dressing.
  2. Season with S+P.
  3. Toss, toss, toss.
  4. Plop the burrata right on top and go!
