Rice noodle bowl time! We’ve got some thin rice vermicelli noodles (kinda like angel hair pasta) with some fresh veggies (snap + snow peas) and goodies like pickled ginger and marinated tofu. We’ve added some furikake as well, which is a Japanese seasoning made of nori (seaweed), toasted sesame seeds, and a bunch of other goodness. The dressing won’t disappoint, with yuzu (an East Asian citrus fruit) and sesame oil (makes everything a little better). We hope you love it! (We know you’ll love it!)
Total prep time: 2-4 minutes
What’s in your bag:
- A killer bowl
- Yuzu and roasted sesame dressing
- Pickled ginger
What you’ll need from home:
- A fork.
How to prep:
Warm:
- Remove the ramekins of dressing and ginger and pop the entire bowl into the microwave for 1 minute or until warmed through.
- Drizzle the dressing on top, add the ginger, and enjoy!
Cold:
- Unload the ginger, drizzle the dressing, and enjoy!
That’s it! Dinner solved, dinner served. #weareWECO
