Featuring refreshing roasted shiitake and edamame dumplings, marinated eggplant, a bevvy of shaved carrots, pickled ginger, and of course the only dressing suitable for this epic bowl – the sesame + ginger vinaigrette. What’s in your bag:

  • Soba + dumpling bowl
  • Ginger + roasted sesame dressing

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing! Eat this one right outta the bowl.

How to prep:

Option 1: Hot. Remove the ramekin of dressing and pop the entire bowl into the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the microwave, toss in that dressing, and all you’re all set.

Option 2: Cold. Do nothing except pour that dressing all over and grab a fork.
