Southwestern Charred Corn Salad + Cilantro Lime Chicken

We’ve got Chef Gigi to thank for tonight’s bowl, so let’s do it together—THANK YOU CHEF GIGI! This dressing is absolutely on point. The chickpeas are addictive and should be sold by the quart so we can snack on them all day. Roasted corn? Forget it. And Mrs. Chips made a guest appearance to fry up the tortilla strips. Plus, we’ve added some cilantro lime chicken! Enough said. No really, enough said. Stopping now so you can eat.
