Fajita means “little belts” in Spanish, and refers to the way the meat in the dish is cut, normally in strips. This flank steak in your bowl is prepared as such, and is adobo marinated, with spices like paprika and oregano. You can definitely add your own spin to this dish if you’re up for it, and toss in some salsa, hot sauce, sour cream, or a little shredded cheese. Or just crush it as it comes, because we love it that way too!
