(That’s the little song we are singing in our heads while doing a happy dance because it’s Monday and this bowl is curing the scaries!) Jasmine rice, peppers and onions, marinated flank steak, black beans and guacamole are allll in your bowl this evening, and it’s up to you as to how you wanna chow down. Eat the guac by the heaping spoonful all at once? Sure. Spread it like an icing all over everything so it infiltrates each bite? Def. Save it for lunch tomorrow so your regular PB&J (no shade) can take a break? Abso-freaking-lutely!

How to prep:
- Remove the ramekin of guac.
