Sweet Chili Shrimp + Rice Bowl

The secret to these lil shrimpy guys? The best chili sauce ever. They’re coated in that stuff for a sweet yet edgy flavor. Oh, and we used brown rice this time for all you whole grain lovers! Lots of pickled ingredients too, like cucumbers + celery, and kimchi for gut health. Your tummy will be thanking you later 🙂

Total prep time: 2 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl
  • Sesame garlic vinaigrette 

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing!

How to prep:

This guy can be eaten hot or cold! 

  1. If you’re going the hot route, remove the vinaigrette and the slaw-like components, then nuke for 1-2 minutes. Once warm, pop the toppings back into the bowl, drizzle in the vinaigrette, and chow down!
  2. If you’re eating it cold, simply drizzle in the vinny and voila!
