Sweet Chili Shrimp + Rice Bowl

The secret to these lil shrimpy guys? The best chili sauce ever. Savor these lil’ dudes/dudettes, and don’t let anyone know how good they are (including your dog) because they might just disappear. And the kimchi—salted and fermented veggies (perfect for gut health) are so zingy that you might not even need the vin. Okay, that’s not true, because when would you ever not need a sesame garlic vinaigrette? Unsure tbh. 

Total prep time: 2 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl
  • Sesame garlic vinaigrette 
  • Pickled veggies 

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nothing!

How to prep:

  1. Remove the ramekins of the vinaigrette and the pickled veggies, then nuke for 1-2 minutes. 
  2. Once warm, pop the toppings back into the bowl, drizzle in the vinaigrette, and chow down!
