We know our WECO Fam loves shrimp—sweet chili shrimp to be exact. So, of course we had to deliver. Brown rice serves as the whole grain base for your shrimpies, and we topped it with lots of pickled veggies (wooo gut health!) There’s some house made pickled celery and cukes in there as well as a kimchi + ginger slaw. If you’ve never had kimchi before, gee whiz are we excited for you. If only we could experience kimchi for the first time again!! Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with fermented cabbage, and we think it adds just the right amount of garlicky gingery funk. Drizzle that sesame garlic vin and mix it all up if ya feel like it. Go time. Enjoy, Fam!

How to prep:
- Remove the ramekins of the vinaigrette and the kimchi + ginger slaw, then nuke for 1-2 minutes.
- Once warm, pop the toppings back into the bowl, drizzle in the vinaigrette, and chow down!
