Sweet Potato and Zoodles

Zoodles are our spirit animal. No, not poodles. Zoodles. We’ve said this before, we’ll say it again. A beautiful remix of a classic, ever-so-whimsical and ridiculous, and most importantly, delicious. You can dress them up, dress them down, and they take on flavors like new best friends. The roasted sesame citrus dressing in your bowl is what we’re dressing them in tonight, and trust us, it’s a good pair. Tonight’s bowl features zoodles (duh), miso-roasted sweet potatoes, blistered snap peas, marinated tofu, and a nice salad of carrot, and scallion. Join the zoodle party and dig in!

How to prep:

  1. We like to enjoy this cold, the zoodles keep their crunch that way. Toss the bowl in the sesame citrus dressing and have at it!
