Our chefs went above and beyond (they always do!) in creating this vegetarian masterpiece.  We’ve got all the flavor types – sweet + spicy mushrooms, salty mustard greens and savory lemongrass + ginger wild rice. Whether you’re eating this for dinner or lunch, it’s going to make your day! Especially the wild rice… c’mon, y’all! Just so good. No boring white rice for our WECO Fam. Only the best 🙂

How to prep:
