Tuscan Chicken Breast & Toasted Orzo Bowl

For some reason this bowl just works. Well, we know the reason, and that reason is Chef Matt’s carefully concocted recipe that perfectly balances a curried orzo and a Tuscan chicken breast. How does he do that? Who woulda thought to combine the two? Only our Chef Matt. After you warm the bowl, pockets of feta end up softening into the roasted vegetables to turn into this dreamy combination of sharp and sweet. The shishito peppers in there are a little added bonus—you can pick them up py there stems and eat the rest, tossing your stems to the side. Food’s more fun with your fingers, yenno? 

Total prep time: 2-3 minutes


What’s in your bag:

  • Your bowl of yumminess!
  • Feta & mint 
  • Cherry tomato vinaigrette

What you’ll need from home:

  • Nada!

How to prep:

  1. Remove the feta & mint and vinaigrette from the bowl. Those lil guys will have to wait their turn!
  2. Pop your bowl into the microwave for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.
  3. Top with feta & mint then drizzle over your vinaigrette.
  4. Get to chowing down!
