Veggie Dumplings

Hiya lovely dumpling-loving-peeps! (That includes us, the WECO team, we are also dumpling-loving-peeps.) We love these dumplings because A) they’re packed with edamame for plant powered protein, and B) they’re an absolute breeeeeeeze to reheat. You could zap ‘em in the micro if you’re in a rush, but we prefer the saute pan for extra crispiness. And of course, those of you futuristic folk with the air fry-majiggers could zap ‘em in there too 🙂

Total prep time: 1-5 minutes

What’s in your bag:

  • 8 yummy dumplings
  • Ponzu dipping sauce

What you’ll need from home:

  • Optional: A saute pan

How to prep:

Two options!

#1 – Our pick. Grab a saute pan and add a bit of olive oil. Once hot, drop in the dumplings and cook them for about 30 seconds on each side.

#2 – Microwave them for 1-2 minutes.
