True story, Fam: When the team at @nansmarket first reached out to us about collaborating, we had a bit of a fangirl moment. (As in, we got the email and immediately forwarded it to Chef Matt with the subject line: OMG CAN WE PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN?!)

Flashforward to next week: We've got Nan's Roast Chicken Dinner for Two on the menu all week, and it includes their legendary kale salad with lemon horseradish dressing (swoon) and buttermilk biscuits (double swoon).
