    Shredded duck confit

    The duck meat was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to order it again. Paired it with home made bread dumplings and sauteed red cabbage. Didn't want to buy or roast a whole duck. Weco filled in the gap. Thank you!!! Very much enjoyed!

    Delicious Addition

    I don't cook duck - not sure why, but there you have it. My spouse LOVES duck. So when Duck Confit appeared on the WECO menu, well... I felt it only fair to add it to our order. Beautiful! Tender and moist - a great addition to the Forager Bowl. I still won't be cooking a duck, but now I know where to find it :-)
