    Perfect sando

    Absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every bite!

    It was too hot to use the oven, so I buttered the bun and toasted it while warming the beef, all in the same frying pan, then put the cheese on the hot toasted bun to melt while I built the sandwich. I definitely put the slaw in! This method was simpler and took less time than the suggested method and used less electricity also!

    I ate it too quickly to take a picture.

    How can the smoke shop brisket get better? On a sandwich that's how. But I'd prefer bbq sauce to Russian dressing

    MmmMmmM!

    As soon as I bit into the sandwich, I gave out a loud "MmmMmmM!" and spooked my husband. It was so delicious! The briskets were tender and flavorful. The sauce and pickles paired perfectly with the briskets. The slaw was refreshing and helped even out the richness a bit.
