Our take on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, but with a twist!

You'll BYO (build your own) by layering on our breaded chicken cutlet, caramelized onion mustard, ham, and shredded cheese (a blend of Swiss, mozzarella, and provolone). Pop in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and get everything ooey gooey & delicious.

Paired with rice pilaf and honey glazed carrots on the side!

    Great new dish!

    These were delicious. Great with the pilaf. I would rethink the carrots pairing. A wetter, green veg like asparagus or broccoli would complement better.

    Received cheese slices, as opposed to shredded. Shredded may have melted more easily. Ham was excellent -- obviously REAL ham, as opposed to "deli meat." Liked the honey preparation on carrots.

    Chicken Cordon Bleu rocks!

    1So good! The ham was amazing, fresh sliced from an oven-cooked ham, and such a generous portion that I saved half for a sandwich today. The piece of chicken topped with ham and cheese was delicious, so easy to prepare, as were the honeyed carrots on the side. There were ample leftovers for today. Please offer this again!
