*One generic comment: I understand that you promote the speed and ease of getting your meals from container to table. But, as people who want certain items to be more like their restaurant counterpart, we regularly bake entrees for up to twice the suggested time, adding warmed sauces just before serving. Maybe it would make sense to have a note to the effect that, while the meal is hot and ready to eat according to your instructions, for a crispier exterior, a longer baking time makes it even better. I always take your cooking times as the minimum and plan serving time with that in mind. I think people—especially new clients—would appreciate the heads up that personal preference could dictate longer baking times. People who cook a lot—like me—would do this naturally, but people who don’t might find the meal less satisfying when it’s not the meal but the prep that makes it less wonderful than expected.
