    Gluten free, dairy free, yummy and easy to reheat. Plenty of leftovers. My daughter ended up making chicken tinga sliders and we will have the meatballs tomorrow.

    I had the Chicken Tinga for my dinner tonight..I save the others for tomorrow when i have a guest. I thought it was delicious and the rice and refried beans were fantastic as well. I had worries that the meals would be too salty for an old guy but they were seasoned just right.

    The chicken tinga had a very nice fruity flavor and the addition of the pico de gallo and salsa verde added a complexity. Loved the refried beans. Again, it was a wonderful complexity of flavors.
