Chilled Sesame Chili Noodles with Shrimp for Two

Who said running hot and cold was a bad thing?

This no-work meal combines cold, sesame oil-laced lo mein noodles with a fiery chili crisp sauce. Also in the mix: Sesame roasted shrimp and crunchy veggies (shredded Napa cabbage, carrots, sugar snap peas and carrots). Plus, fresh cilantro and toasted peanuts (both on the side) for garnishing.

Ready to devour as fast as you can combine, sauce & toss! And don't worry if you're spice shy: The chili sauce is on the side so you can moderate the heat level.

Best Ever - Is there more?

Total hit in our house. “There’s shrimp? It’s COLD? This is my ideal meal.”

    Better than I expected

Flavors were great, lots of shrimp and again, deceptively filling.

    Oodles of Noodles

Very good, especially with the crunchy fresh veggies! The sauce could be a bit thicker, but it was very tasty. I had it for lunch the next day, and unfortunately the cilantro was wilted so I skipped that topping

    Very good

Very good, full marks. We pulled out the edamame as they don't really go well with this sort of fully mixed dish - try something else, perhaps diced mild radish of some sort?

    Easy Peasy and goodly noodley

Delicious! Not spicy. I would have loved double the slaw!

    Post Italia meal

My husband and I really liked it. The flavor was good, I like a little more saltiness so I added a little Soy sauce, hubby liked it the way it was. Nice crunchy veggies, a plus. Loved that it was ready in 5 minutes and we have enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Nice.
